Lake ManateeManatee county reservoir on Manatee River east of Bradenton offers both shallow and deep water fishing. The seasons dictate which techniques to use. Location and Method:
#1- Underwater hump with deep drop- Deep drop off- Scattered timber from 6' drops to 15' river channel. Carolina rigged worm with 1/2-1 ounce weight. #2- Hump near Bridge- Hump near bridge 5' drops to 13' in river
channel. Scattered timber, Carolina rig works well!

Lake Manatee (Reservoir in Manatee County)Nice lake in Manatee County and has access from the state park or near the east end of the lake. Both deep water structure and shallow weeds harbour fish.
1- What are the little balloons on the map? They are my favorite fishing spots! If you click them they'll tell you what kind of structure is there and how to fish them.
